In 2018 our new helmet technology [ARK] using soft shell material was recognized by the NFL.

SYZMIK was awarded a MIPs grant by the University of Maryland to continue to find an innovative solution for head impacts in sports. 

SYZMIK partners with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Design Lab to provide mentorship and guidance for the students while they work on SYZMIK design and development projects. 

At our core, SYZMIK has extensive internal knowledge with regards to impact mitigation. We utilize multiple different testing tools and methods to understand every impact of our products. This dedication shows as SYZMIK is always at the top of the Virginia Tech rankings.
