Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Representative to join ourTeam. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and networks already established at the High School level with a successful track record selling sporting goods into this space (football helmets, equipment, shoulder pads, uniforms) and strong relationships with top decision makers, Athletic Directors and Head Coaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking to contribute to a growing company while working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities for SYZMIK Headgear through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face site meetings- Present, promote, and sell SYZMIK products/services using marketing and salescolleterial provided by in-house SYZMIK Team to existing and prospective customers.- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Reach out to customer leads through various communication channels.- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports.- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities.

Qualifications: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sporting good sales at the High School football level- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative and closer or in a similar role.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships.- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.- High school diploma; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus.

Working Hours: Part-time position with flexible hours.- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.Compensation:- Competitive hourly rate plus commission.- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
